So much of things lately has been in news, the financial hardships, warfare, murder and more. People are losing their homes, taking their lives, and focusing on things that don't exists. People ar e tormented. Individuals are moving into places of anxiety, bringing on health issues, and more all because of one thing: Fear.
For many of us fear has been rampaging our lives as of late. It's in the news, our friends are talking about fear and we find it in our neighborhoods. However, we must come to an understanding about fear: It is simply not real. Fear stands for one thing: False Evidence Appearing Real. What does that mean? Fear is nothing more than an illusion - and since it is an illusion it simply means we look past it.
You see my friend, fear has no power except that which give it. If there is no faith in fear then there is no fear. Understand that when living in fear - that we are terrorizing ourselves. Now don't get me wrong there are sensible amounts of fear - these are called warning - like don't run in front of a mac truck; don't put your hand in the fire - these are common sense issues. However, the majority of things that we encounter or are afraid of are simply not real and have not power. Let's look further.
As of late there has been tremendous talk abou a recession. Now understand I hear what people are saying. They think banks have run dry, people in foreclosure in their homes and people have lost jobs. Now these "facts" have come to fuition and many times it's because people have been stirred to fear. Fear is no motivation. Fear is nothing more than a belief in what is not there. Borrowing a term from the Mastermind of of Riches - Napolean Hill - fear is man made.
Here is the seven fears of man as Napolean Hill has describe it:
1. The Fear of Poverty - Not having "enough" or not having money to carry out what you want to do or have. This is fear that drummed up by the world. And I think that it interesting that this fear - or "fear" seems to originate from Banks - the epicenter of money and where money is stored.
2. The Fear of Criticism - People's opinions - I have had to deal with this one and I have learned one thing: People are 99.9 not right at all. If there is a fear about something people are 9/10 of wrong about it and their opinions should never be followed even when they are positive. Your life is your life and no one can guide or take away from that.
3. The Fear of Loss of love - Marriage and Relationships are very important to lives of everyone we meet. We are built for relationships and we are meant to have them. However, when the person we have desired has been seemingly lost or we are afraid that we will loose them, we turn to fear and control. This too is an illusion. Control is an illusion and since we live by spirit we are free. We must let the other be free also.
4. The Fear of Loss of Freedom - This can come in any form. We cannot be worried about it. Freedom is always. No matter where we are, we are always free.
5. The Fear of Illness - This is a common fear of all people. The fear of illness - what does this mean - the fear of having diseases which in itself brings on diseases. The word disease is broken into two parts - dis ease - the question to ask is what are you diseased about? Wherever you are negative - (and this can correlate to the body) disease can appear. Please be careful about what you say about your body, business, family and friends.
6. Fear of Death - Many people Fear the fear of death and therefore can bring it upon themselves. At some point, we realize that we all will pass from this plane to the next, but what we don't realize is this: that we must focus on Life.
7. The Fear of Old Age - This is a fear of getting old. What does this mean? The fear about growing older and losing our youth. However, when we understand things of the spirit we understand that spirit never ages, but continually brings into life and maturity. Our bodies will not fail, our minds will stay sharp.
We must also understand friends that we have to focus on living our lives and know that fear is an illusion meant to control and force things. The truth is that we live and walk in love. Understand that love destroys fear. Love removes all fear. When we walk in love there is no fear. No one was ever meant to walk in fear. The angels come to help us. Let me give you the seven angels that have come to assist you in life. Take a moment to write to each Angel and be specific about your needs and desires. The Angels** go before you to make to prepare the way.
As Catherine Ponder says in Her book on the Prospering Power of love:
1. The Angel of Wealth and Prosperity - This angel comes to make sure that your needs are met and that you are not living in want. Want creates neediness and neediness creates problems. We have everything we need and now. Every desire this angel will bring about. For Business, personal, and others all issues regarding money, write to this angel and be specific.
2. The Angel of healing - no matter what the issue - write to the Angel of healing. This angel will make sure that all is well. This angel will assist you in clearing the well of healing and making things right in your body.
3. The Angel of Marriage and Relationships - a very important angel for all of us. For whatever the need write to the angel, for marriage relationships and more. This angel is their to assist you making your life better.
4. The Angel of Wisdom and Guidence - Knowing where to go and what to do is essential. This angel will give you the wisdom and Guidance.
5. The Angel of Protection - No matter where you go, and before you travel write to the Angel of Protection. They are there to make sure that your life is protected and that you have safe and wonderful travel as you move forward on your journey.
6. The Angel of Spiritual Growth and Understanding - When we seek things of the spirit, we are seeking to become more alive and well. The Angel of Spiritual Growth and Understanding will help guide into deeper spiritual understanding and deep growth in our minds.
7. The Angel of Harmony and happiness - For matters of discord and unhappiness write to angel of harmony and happiness. This will bring about joy, happiness and harmony to your relationships, friendships and personal life. You are happy because you choose to be. Understand you are free.
8. The Angel of His Presence - this angel is for all of your needs to met, and is the angel that is continually with you. Call upon the Angel of His Presence for your every need, desire and want.
So friends understand that we are free in our walks in life and in our goals and to build the most important thing in our lives: our relationships. When we walk in spirit, we do not walk in fear. We have no fear, everything is intimate every need is met. We don't have needs, we don't have issues and we don't have fear.

The Agreement Principal
The AGREEMENT pRINCIPLE
The principle of agreement. It’s one of these things I don’t think that many people understand. Nor do I believe people know how powerful it is. However, it is one that many people know in many different ways. What is interesting to note about this principle is this it is one, as well as many others, can have a serious affect upon one’s life.
You see friends, agreement is an acknowledgement of something or unity upon a subject. Whether good or bad, agreement can bring about the desired situation. Often through out history, you have seen the agreement principle put to use.
In efforts of war and in the midst of conquest – men and now women are taught to keep to the battle and hold fast. In organizations and businesses, the agreement principle is evident especially when one signs on for employment is that you go to work for a job that you feel you either have to have or is fitted for.
All through out our lives the principle of agreement is evident. In spiritual matters, this principle is central and essential to understand. Having the knowledge that when you agree with something, it either speeds or impedes things is key to getting what you want and getting through each situation.
You see when you agree with something, you give it acknowledgement and give it the right to be. Whether things are good or bad, you can give it expression and establish your thoughts by your right to choose its place. For example, many times, you find people falling into the agreement with negative circumstances, whether it is by saying, I am sick, I am broke, or I am lonely. They soon begin to manifest that. They are agreeing with what the situation looks like, and not what it is.
This principle has the ability to help you establish and accomplish your goals and dreams.
To take this further, the agreement principle is essential in every area of life. One of the major places that the agreement principle manifests itself is in the area of marriage and relationships. Often times, many people find themselves walking in internal conflict because their relationships are not what they want.. This is especially true when someone feels they have been pushed into marriage because of becoming pregnant.
Noting that marriage, in a sense is an agreement. The guy or girl or one partner to another asks for the hand in marriage. Now, stop a minute, and understand. If they ask in marriage, will you marry me? What do you think the answer means? When they respond yes, that simply means that they want to enter into sharing their lives, experiences, emotions and feelings together. To say no – well fellas – you know how it is. Shot down, but it also means that they many always agree with the direction of where the relationships is headed. [A1]
This principle has the ability to help you establish and accomplish your goals and dreams. Surrounding yourself with people who are behind your vision, desires, and goals will and can make a difference in the way you accomplish what you set out to do. Too often we end up with people who are not entirely for us. Since many times people don’t always express their feelings, we can feel a pulling down or divergence of our hopes and dreams;
In these cases we must remember that we do not allow people to define us, thus we do not always agree with their words or thoughts.
Taking a moment to assess our lives and realizing where the “dis” or unagreement is can help us to move forward.
We should also never agree with our negative situations and circumstances. We are not defined by them, as we are not defined by what we have. We are defined by who we are with the substance of spirit that lies within.
This agreement with this substance and the essence of who we are is essential to our development into living the wonderful life that we desire. Agreement with the spirit, which is the strongest agreement that there is, can bring about transformation that exceeds your expectations and the expectations of others. As you seek out the knowledge of spirit, that is plenty, learning who you are in the process, you become aware of how much life you can bring.
It is also important to surround yourself with the type of people that share your viewpoint and lessons in life. Far too long in life friends, we hang out with those individuals who continually tear us down, belittle us, who crassly joke about what we are doing and we accept it. Thinking nothing of the effects that it may be having in our lives. Often times this takes the form of manipulation and control and sometimes, we cannot always put our finger on what is happening.
Taking a moment to assess our lives and realizing where the “disagreement is can help us to move forward. Personally, I have seen it both ways. I have been in places, where I could not figure out what was going on. I was working really hard putting my all into my company and my vision, only come to find out that some of the senior members of my team, were telling individuals very different things from what I had intended. This made for an interesting situation, one that was painful to deal with it.
Now understand this: I could have been complaining and bringing more negativity into the situation by agreeing with it. However, I knew better and still know better. I am careful to agree with anyone. No matter what. I do and have learned to agree with my spirit – the essence that knows all and is all – instead of man.
I have seen this principle used to establish good things. I remember once when looking for an apartment, that it appeared as though I was having trouble with looking for one. So I was mentoring a kid at the time, and I asked him to agree with me, and that same day I found one.
Amazing. Agreement. Union and oneness. Agree with the universe and stay positive in any situation. Believe in what you are doing, and who you are in life.

New Move
If you are reading this, then you are in the understanding of what is going on with Ric's life. Ric is moving to New York for Business. It has been an awesome time in Washington, DC, but due to some unnerving issues outside of the company I am moving to New York for business. My employees and my business is important to me so that means I must do what I can to continue.
My company has grown from a single entity to almost 200 with a few more being added this year. We are a global company as of now and I am excited. With a billion dollar budget coming open soon. We have on the horizon, new stores, fashion stores, restaurant chains - Eliots Fine Dining, Craigs _ Sports Bar - Buying into Mellow Mushroom - and more. We currently have running 16 events now in each city that we are currently in; wedding plans; conferences adn retreats; leadership company and more. It's been expressed to me that my company is like an American Express located in pleaces of Wealth and wealth management. There is a lot of things to do and that are going on.
Our magazine - in - d - scene is hitting the news stands this month; My partner Brian is coming to see me; It's an Exciting Time! An exciting time as a corporate company it makes all of the difference in the world. I am excited about the global interest and my employees - the ligaments that make things grow. Growth. Substance and nourishment to feed.
The Universe is good. Always. I am looking forward to the fresh new move.
